Marco Dondi is a strategy consultant and former global manager for economic development working on banking, and labor markets. From Africa and the Middle East to Europe, he has advised governments around the globe in reforming their countries education and economic systems to help them cope with destabilizing events.

Marco has also aided international organizations, NGOs, large companies and business associations on topics related to strategy, organization and adult training. He holds an MBA (INSEAD, 2012) and a masters in management, economics, and industrial engineering (Politecnico di Milano, 2009). He currently lives in Geneva with his partner Kristie.

Marco’s book Outgrowing Capitalism: Rethinking Money to Reshape Society and Pursue Purpose was published in November 2021.
